Complete Wellness Bootcamp
Complete Wellness classes are lead by certified personal trainers that will demonstrate the proper form and technique for each exercise, provide nutritional tips to help take the guess work out of dieting and conclude each class with a “2 minute drill” of uplifting, encouraging words. All fitness levels are welcome and the instructor’s are always prepared to provide an alternate exercise if someone is unable to perform the primary one given.
